NEW TWO BEDROOM VILLA ON BORDEAUX MOUNTAIN IN CORAL BAY!

Newly constructed, this two bedroom villa was owner built, owner occupied and loved since 2021. The new owners look forward to retiring to this slice of paradise in a couple of years. In the interim, they will rent to  discriminating and respectful travelers. This beautiful two bedroom home has two stories. On the main level, the fully stocked kitchen flows into the open dining and living room boasting magnificent views from the moment you enter the villa. The sliding glass doors in each living section will beckon you onto your  large covered porch to fully absorb the fresh air and spectacular views. The modern home, unlike many island properties, has an interior stairwell leading you down to two spacious bedrooms, each with their own ensuite and direct porch access to the light mountain breezes and breathtaking views. 

Each bedroom is air conditioned and features a large ensuite bathroom with double vanities. One bedroom has KING size bed and outdoor shower. The second bedroom has a QUEEN size bed. Both have sliding glass doors to take in views on another level!

Grand View Villa proudly features an expansive, comfortably furnished covered porch with bar stools overlooking the bay, teak dining table and chairs, and cushioned lounge sofa and seats. The modern kitchen boasts all new major appliances, small appliances, as well as all your cooking and serving essentials.   

​A full size washing machine and clothes dryer is available for your convenience.

The home is air conditioned for your comfort. Redundant WiFi systems are in place so you will never loose connection (if you must work or need to have internet access). Water is potable with a 4-system filter and UV purification system. Multiple SOLAR panels with batteries have been installed to seamlessly get you through the occasional island outage. Back up generators are on site as well. ​

Grand View villa is a perfect place for two adult couples to gather or a family with older children. Due to the infrastructure and terrain, it is not suitable for very small children.
