New owners acquired the property early in 2025 and look forward to one day making this slice of paradise their retirement home.  Now available for short term vacation rental, this beautiful, two-bedroom home has two stories, each with its own covered deck and arguably, the most magnificent views on the island. 

From the moment you enter the main level you will be captivated by the breathtaking scene. The open concept allows guests ample room to stretch out while still feeling connected to one another. The fully equipped kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining and living areas. Sliding glass doors in each living section will beckon you outside to take in the fresh air and spectacular views. Your expansive covered porch is comfortably furnished with bar stools overlooking Coral Bay, teak dining table with seating for six, and Sunbrella cushioned sofa and club chairs. 
The interior stairwell leads to two spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom is air conditioned and features a large ensuite bathroom with double vanities. One bedroom has a king size bed and outdoor shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors opening to another furnished porch with more breathtaking views. A full size washing machine and clothes dryer is located on this level for your use and convenience.

The entire home is air conditioned for your comfort. Redundant Wifi systems are in place so you will never lose connection (if you must work or need to have internet access). A flatscreen television is installed in the living room so you can stream entertainment. Water is potable with 3 levels of filtration and a UV purification system. Multiple SOLAR panels with batteries have been installed to seamlessly get you through the occasional island power outage. Back up generators are on site for additional peace of mind.
IMPORTANT: Please note that pets, parties and smoking are not permitted anywhere on the premises. This villa is not appropriate for young children.​
