Stunning! We had a wonderful time staying here. Kelly guided us to the villa and showed us everything we needed to know and more! Had beach chairs and cooler ready to go and everything we needed. House was beautifully decorated and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breeze during the day and night was perfect, never had to use the AC! Met all of our expectations and more! The villa was outstanding, beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, comfortable bedding, beautiful linens, everything you could want in the well-stocked kitchen . The views of Coral Bay from the deck were just gorgeous plus overlooking the British Virgin Islands. Vanessa was so hospitable helping us prepare for our much anticipated visit to Grandview Villa and first trip to St. John. Kelly, the property manager was so responsive and kind. We are already planning our return to St. John! 5 plus stars on every level! We appreciated the beach chairs, towels and cooler to bring with us to the beach. Loved our stay here!!

Thad and Sharon, Webster, NY March 2026 GRAND VIEW Stunning and breathtaking views - Such a beautiful relaxing villa with the most amazing views of Coral Bay. So nice waking up in the morning and heading out on the back deck to see the sunrise. And the amenities were really nice with regards to kitchen supplies, bedroom, bathroom and the pool and beach items as it's less to pack. The grill was also very nice for cooking and eating on the back deck with that amazing view. Cannot thank Kelly enough for all her support on all the details on Faithful view and places to visit in the area and was so nice that she met us at the triangle down in coral bay and led us up to the villa. And thanks for helping with the pool cover. The wifi and cell service was a bit intermittent but could have been just a more remote area on island but it's nice to be off the grid down there. Such a memorable and relaxing stay and can't wait to be back again next year.

If you are looking for a getaway that balances privacy and accessibility, this is the place. We will never get over waking up to the gorgeous view every morning. The villa was incredibly private and quiet, providing the peaceful atmosphere we were looking for after our wedding. Despite feeling like a secluded retreat, it was ideally located—close enough to all the places we wanted to drive to, making exploring the island effortless. We were also so impressed with how well-stocked the villa was; it truly had everything we needed for our beach days, which saved us so much time and effort. The hospitality here is what truly sets it apart. The property manager, Kelly, was wonderful and so attentive. She even met us to personally show us how to get to the property, which made our arrival stress-free. Most of all, we cannot say enough about the owner, Vanessa. From the very start, she was incredibly caring and helpful. We actually dealt with a stressful situation where our flight was unexpectedly canceled, and Vanessa went above and beyond to accommodate us. She worked with us during the chaos and showed genuine care for our well-being and our trip. Her kindness turned a nightmare travel situation into a much more manageable experience. We had an unforgettable honeymoon here and will definitely stay again. Thank you, Vanessa and Kelly, for making our first trip as a married couple so special!

I read the reviews before we scheduled our visit. Brian’s review said they didn’t leave the villa. “We never even went to a beach. Couldn’t think of a good reason to leave lol. We will definitely reach out to you in the future. Brian, March 2025”. I didn’t understand that. Now I do! After our recent visit, I understand guests wanting to stay right there. I don’t know the words for the view – maybe a thesaurus would help! The view changes continually and is peaceful and inspiring and healing. We did leave every day to snorkel, on both sides of the island, and on our last day even did both sides! It was so wonderful to return from the beach and then sit on the deck and take in the view. The breeze up there was a close second to the view! I had no idea how wonderful the trade-winds would be up on the mountain. The cottage interior was also wonderful. We didn’t cook much but all the stuff needed to was there. And, we appreciated the car vacuum! Courtesy would not have been happy about our sand collection in the Jeep :-). That cottage was spotless and I wouldn’t change a thing. The views are amazing - your house keeper is great she showed us your main house for future visits if we decide to bring our adult kids for a week. We never even went to a beach. Brian, March 2025 The name says it all. The view never gets old and the cottage is perched at an elevation where the temperature stays pleasant day and night with a nice breeze bringing the smell of the ocean. We stayed a week spending time at the beach, hiking and sailing. Whatever we did, it was always nice coming back to the cottage to relax and talk about the day. It is easy to get to and we enjoyed waking up each morning with the sunrise in full view. We will definitely come back, there is too much to see and do in a single week.

Magical! We stayed at Faith Full View for a week at the end of April. First off, I don't want to write this, as I am afraid it will be booked for years to come! This villa is sensational! First, booking was super easy, great communication from the owners. Next up, property manager Kelly, she was also fabulous. She communicated with us right before our arrival onto St. Thomas and then again on travel day. Met us in Coral Bay and then up the "hill" - note this hill can be a little intimidating. We had a 4 wheel drive jeep and glad We did. It was rainy one morning and I was appreciative of its use. Once we got into the property Kelly walked us through all the workings of the villa. She is so good at her job and really puts you at ease. Now onto the even better.....these views, this villa, those breezes, the birds, the frogs at night. OMG.....you are transported into bliss. Loved the Coral Bay community, the easy access to N. Shore and the East End. We also did couples massages on site with Crandall Massage **10 out of 10**. Will definitely return!!

Vanessa was fantastic with information about the villa, the location and the drive. Kelly is the amazing property manager who met us and showed us to and through the villa. She checked on us daily through the multiday island power outage which we almost didn’t notice as FaithFull View has solar panels and drinkable cistern water. We were up early every day to watch the sunrise and enjoyed the pool every afternoon after hitting the beaches or trails. At night the breezes kept it cool so that we rarely used the AC. Just perfect.

Diane & Peter, Portland, ME January 2026 GRAND VIEW We had an absolutely lovely stay. The house was everything we hoped for and everything we needed and would highly recommend. Kelly was a great help as we ended being very delayed on our way there and didn't make it to Coral Bay until almost 8 that night, but she was very responsive the whole way and got us there. If St. John is on our destination list again, I can't imagine anywhere else I'd rather stay.

Nic, Deleware, Sept 2025 Faith Full View is the only place we will stay on STJ. Helen & John are excellent hosts, the villa has everything you could possibly need while on vacation and the location has the most incredible view you will ever see on the island. There is a peacefulness that you feel the moment you walk in and a comfort level that makes FFV really special. You can find a lot of nice places to stay on island but none as special as this. We are already booked for next year and will enjoy our time there each year for as long as Helen and John continue to rent this amazing home away from home.

We were really able to unplug and enjoy Coral Bay and that side of the Island! Helen and John are the perfect hosts, always making sure we had what we needed but allowing space! We loved the beautiful St John beaches, the pool with a beautiful view and found many close restaurants in Coral Bay. This cottage is set up with everything you need to prepare your meals and conveniences to enjoy your stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to St John.

Perfection! Wow, wow and WOW! Grand View is absolutely beautiful in every way! The view is stunning. The lanai is the BEST we’ve experienced in our many travels and we miss it already! Watching the sun rise over the ocean and Coral Bay every morning set the tone for the wave of relaxation and contentment that washed over our entire family from the moment we set foot in the house. The house is immaculately maintained with comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms complete with plush towels, a thoughtfully stocked kitchen for our family who loves to cook, and wonderful spaces to relax together in the great room and on the spacious porch. The breeze from the trade winds on the mountain and the ceiling fans throughout the house kept our family comfortable day and night, and the beach amenities (cooler, chairs, towels, etc) allowed us to explore the island each day. We can’t say enough about the clear communication and warm welcome from Vanessa and Jon and Kelly, the property manager on St John. They were all so kind and accommodating when we experienced a travel disruption due to a blizzard back home. What could have been a very stressful experience was made much easier by their responsiveness and care. We cannot wait to return!

Our hosts Vanessa & Jon were incredibly kind and helpful and provided all the information we needed for a successful and stress-free vacation! I was a little worried when I learned that the property had changed owners 2 weeks before our first trip to the island. However, that apprehension was completely unfounded. The cottage was perfect for the two of us and the view was breathtaking. We enjoyed starting the day with breakfast on the deck watching the sunrise and ending the day with dinner under the stars. There were lots of things to do including sailing, lounging on the beach or in the water, restaurants and entertainment in nearby Coral Bay. We plan to stay at Faith Full View the next time we are on St. John. Its perfect and we wouldn't stay anywhere else!
